Respectfully challenge everything. Empowerment to disagree is fundamental to enrich the views on a given topic, your voice and opinion matters. Bring Design to all conversations.
Be curious
Keeping an open mind is what enables us to absorb other perspectives and views. Don’t get stuck on the solution, fall for the problem to solve and accept to be challenged.
Collaborate
Bring others into your design journey. The best outcomes come from cross-disciplinary and cross-team collaboration.
Curiosity and challenge are key for high-collaborative environments.
Aim for excellence
Always push the limits of any constraints, and collaborate to create impactful and high-quality products for our customers.
Be vulnerable
Showing vulnerability makes us grow as a team and as individuals, it’s ok to not have all the answers.
Fail and learn from those experiences.
